Kountr engages the sub-processors below to deliver the Service. Each is bound by a written agreement that includes confidentiality, security, and (where personal data is processed) data-protection terms aligned with PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, GDPR/UK GDPR (where applicable), and CCPA/CPRA.
We notify account owners by email of new or replacement sub-processors at least 30 days before they begin processing personal data, unless a faster change is needed for security or service continuity.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Canada (for example, to US-based AI providers), Kountr relies on contractual safeguards (including, where required, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum) and on the sub-processor’s certifications under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
